Why Enter

Recognised by the
People Who Matter

The quality of the work creates a credible shortlist. The public votes for the work it finds most compelling and that best represents the spaces they inhabit, the objects they own.

01
Global Visibility
Finalists and winners get exposure across Design Authority's editorial platform, social channels, and press releases.
02
Client Credibility
A DA Award badge carries weight. Public-voted and independently recognised — proof that your work resonates with the people it's made for.
03
Peer Validation
Unlike industry peer reviews, public voting means recognition from the people your work is actually made for.
04
New Business Opportunities
Our Winners Directory puts your work in front of clients, collectors, and enthusiasts actively seeking recognised talent.
05
Lasting Documentation
We create a permanent editorial profile for every winner — a polished record of the work and the creator behind it.
06
Digital Emblem & Badge
Winners receive the official Design Authority emblem for use across their website, proposals, and social presence.
Guidance

Frequently Asked

The Design Authority Awards are open to every creator worldwide — across architecture, interior design, fashion, jewellery, furniture, product design, and more. There is no minimum size, no agency requirement, no country restriction. What matters is the work.
You may submit as many projects or products as you like across different categories. Each submission requires a separate entry form and entry fee. We recommend entering your strongest, most distinctive work.
Yes. If your work spans disciplines — for example, a hospitality interior that also features bespoke furniture — you may enter it in multiple categories. Each entry requires a separate submission and fee.
Write for a thoughtful public audience. Describe the brief, what made the project or product challenging or distinctive, the materials and decisions involved, and what you are most proud of. Maximum 300 words.
Public voting opens 1 September 2026. Each entry gets a dedicated public page with your project/product description, creator info, and a vote button. Votes are verified by email — one vote per person, per category. Share your link to rally your community.
You will receive an email confirmation within 5 business days once your submission has been reviewed.
Entry fees are non-refundable once your submission has been accepted and processed. Please review the entry requirements carefully before submitting.
